The GPTALK mailing list is where you can send and receive email related to Windows Group Policy. You must subscribe to the list to send and receive mail from the list. The purpose of the list is to provide a forum for asking and answering technical questions related to Group Policy. Any question is fair game as long as it is related to Windows Group Policy. I was inspired by the other question I have looked into this previously and can't seem to find a viable solution - but, is it possible to disable the preview/reading pane in Outlook 2007? I know you can turn it "off", but can it be disabled via GPO so that people can't enable it? Overkill in my opinion, but it was asked because of the risk of people not paying attention and potential code being malicious from e-mails.
