We have over 450 computers that are used by the public in various offices.
We decided that all of these PC's need to look the same so were trying to
use a roaming profile. When these computers are logged in for public use
they get certain group policy, and one of the things were trying to do is to

keep users from up loading to the roaming profile upon log off. I used the
setting under computer configuration that says "don't allow profile to
propagate to the server" but the profile keeps getting bigger and this is
big trouble for our far away locations with little bandwidth. Were trying
to come up with a GPO solution that allows us to have roaming profiles (so
we can update them almost instantly) and have them not creep up in size? Do

I need to apply two separate GPO's, one to the users and one to the PC's?
Any feedback or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

ps Using mandatory profiles gives us a User Environment Error upon log off
and still seems to creep up in size?

Chad
