| I just setup a new OU for some users put all my software in and tested one machine out which loaded everything it was supposed to.
The rest were plugged in and installed the software. Now I'm faced with one machine that keeps uninstalling the software it originally installed.
I ran gpresult and it said it applied all the policies that I assigned. I then ran gpupdate /force and rebooted the machine it installed the software again and then started uninstalling another package. I'm not sure what is going on with this one machine. For the time being I told the policy not to uninstall when it falls out of the scope. According to gpresult it is applying the correct policy but as soon as I reboot it takes it back off.

| What is the original packages that is getting uninstalled?
If that package was linked to a GPO that applied to this PC before it was moved to this OU- the original package may have been configured this way and the only way to drop that is to put the PC back in that OU- reapply the package with the new settings to not uninstall when falling out of scope.
Not sure that is what's happening exactly or not

| The original package was visio 2007 and access 2007
The only thing I can think was this was the original machine I started with and it was in a different ou to begin with then I moved it to the new ou.
