I am trying to lock down our terminal server. When a user goes into my documents the address bar appears. The user is able to use a different address to access other locations on that drive. I want to block them from doing this. How can I remove the address bar in GPO?

You can remove the Run button from the start menu in your group policy. Not only is this a good practice, but it also removes the option to browse to another computer using an UNC path.

The setting it located at User Configuration \ Administrative Templates \ Start Menu and Taskbar

I hide all the top level folders. This prevents them from navigating up to
the top level.
